Return and Refund Policy

Qmax offers 7 day refunds on all purchases.

In the unlikely event that your are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Qmax, you can return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date for refund.

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of purchase in order to return the item.
• The returned item has to be in unused in its original condition and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• All items attract 20% restocking fee.*
• All Above Ground Pools and Spas attract a $100 restocking fee.*
• Bestway products where the packaging has been opened can not be returned.
• Customer is responsible for the return freight costs.*
• Once we receive the returned item we will refund your payment within 5 business days.

* For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items restocking fee is not applicable and return freight costs are covered by Qmax.
