Return and Refund Policy

Qmax offers 30 day refunds on all purchases.

In the unlikely event that your are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Qmax, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for refund.

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 30 days of purchase in order to return the item.
• The returned item has to be in unused in its original condition and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• All items attract 20% restocking fee.*
• All Above Ground Pools and Spas attract a $100 restocking fee.* 
• Bestway products where the packaging has been opened can not be returned. 
• Customer is responsible for the return freight costs.*
• Once we receive the returned item we will refund your payment within 5 business days.

* For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items restocking fee is not applicable and return freight costs are covered by Qmax.
