Refund and Return Policy
All products purchased from Qmax are subjected to Qmax return policy to the extent permissible under Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’)
For wrongly shipped items:
Sincere apologies for this error, please help us ensure that the product is in new condition (has not been opened) and returned in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories.
Email us at email@example.com and our customer service will rectify the order for you.
For defective items: (approved by our customer service)
Please pack the items back into the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, and warranty cards).
If you need to initiate a return, you can contact our customer service by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the return waybill label and instructions on the return procedure. Our customer service team will verify the information and arrange for the return.
Kindly ensure that you have the following information included in your email:
- Product Name and Model Number
- Product Serial Number*
- Contact Details (Name, Address, Telephone Number and Email Address)
- Detailed Description of the Return Reason / Defect
- Proof of Purchase (Order Number)
When we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be initiated after the returned item passes our inspection. Refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
In its sole discretion, Qmax reserves the right to reject any change of mind request, return, exchange or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
