Return and Refund Policy

Qmax offers 7-day refunds on all purchases.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Qmax, you can return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of purchase in order to return the item.
• The returned item has to be unused in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• All items attract a 20% restocking fee.*
• All Above Ground Pools and Spas attract a $100 restocking fee.*
• Bestway products where the packaging has been opened can not be returned.
• Customer is responsible for the return freight costs.*
• Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment within 5 business days.
• Please note that change- of- mind refunds PayPal, credit card, and debit card processing fees (2.7%) are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

* For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items the restocking fee is not applicable, and return freight costs are covered by Qmax.
