What is our Shipping Policy?

Our stocks are located in Melbourne, Victoria.

Orders placed before 10:00AM AEST will ship within 2 business days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone in order to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will need to be made within 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, it’s not guaranteed we’ll be able to fulfill your requests.

How can I change the wrong name/delivery address in my order?

Simply send us an email at ak@qmaxgroup.com.au, and we will gladly assist you. Please keep in mind that once items have been shipped, we will be unable to change the information above.

Shipping Costs (IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW):

Certain items may incur an additional freight fee that cannot be calculated at checkout due to their bulky nature or having delivery to non-metro or remote locations.
In these cases, we will contact you to discuss your order and any extra costs that may arise. Payment for these additional freight fees will be required before dispatch.
Please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing, for confirmed freight pricing if unsure.

Blocked Areas:

Sometimes our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Australia Post Addresses or Click and Collect addresses, so a street address will be required. Also, we are unable to ship some items to the following locations: Northern Territory, Russell Island, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Island, Australian Antarctic Territory.

INCORRECT ADDRESS or NO ACCESS DELIVERY:

A return charge, which is the same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to a delivery failure caused by a customer error. In some instances, a restocking fee may also apply.

We aim to despatch all orders in a timely manner after processing and our delivery partners are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Current processing times:

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is placed late on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Metro delivery time frame is approximately 2-7 business days from dispatch and regional is 10-15 business days subject to the delivery location. Delays can sometimes be experienced and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch, and you can track your delivery updates directly on the courier’s website.

Delivery Delays or Missing Parcels

Delivery delays beyond the expected time frame should be reported to us within 30 business days from the date of dispatch. We will investigate the delay with our courier partner, which may take 24-48 business hours for their response. If no update is provided within two business days of contacting the courier, we will offer an appropriate remedy per Australian Consumer Law.

Deliveries are generally made between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday.
