How should I care for inflatable products to ensure its longevity?

We want your items to last, and it’s easy to help them do so. When inflating your float, avoid overinflating it, especially in hot weather. The heat from the sun can cause the air inside to expand, which might lead to punctures. A firm but not overly hard inflation level is ideal. Wrinkles will smooth out over time, so don’t worry if they’re present during inflation.

How to manage air in your inflatable kayak during different weather? Storage tips?

Keep in mind that the air inside your float can shrink in cold weather and water. If your float appears less firm after being exposed to cold conditions, don’t worry – it’s normal. Simply reinflate it slightly, and it’ll be ready for your next water adventure.

For proper storage, after use, deflate your float using our pumps, ensure it’s dry, and store it in a cool, dry location. While overnight inflation isn’t an issue, avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to maintain its quality.

What is the best way to clean inflatable float?

Salt and chlorine exposure can affect materials. After use, give your float a rinse with fresh water, then allow it to air dry. No need for soap – simple rinsing helps your float stay looking new for longer.

Do you offer click and collect option?

Yes, we offer a click and collect option for your convenience.

A few important things to know:
• This is a pickup-only warehouse — no payments are accepted on-site. Please place and pay for your order online.
• Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for us to pick and pack it. While most orders placed before 11 AM are usually ready by 4 PM, this is not guaranteed and      depends on how busy the warehouse is.
• Need it urgently? We can arrange same-day pickup (within 4 hours) for a $20 fast-processing fee.
• You’ll need your WMS reference number for pickup. We’ll email it to you once your order is booked and sent for processing. A second email will confirm when your order is ready for collection.
