Spa is absolutely amazing! You just inflate the spa with the pump and hoses that are included, and fill it with water. We are using small chlorine tablets, as they’re the only ones that will fit into the dispenser. It didn’t come with a floating dispenser. It bubbles like crazy, it’s just awesome! It doesn’t take up much room, and there’s ample room inside for 6 people. This is a powerful unit that has exceeded my expectations! It comes with a top so that you can keep debris out, and keep the temperature warm when not in use. It snaps on and off quite easily. The comfort of this with the bubbles, and to dip in it when it’s hot outside is just amazing. I prefer the temperature at 38 degrees for a super pleasant experience. I love being able to come home from work and get into my spa! Another cool thing about it is that I can actually use it indoors in the winter months. I’m thinking about setting up an area in my basement for it, so that I can enjoy it year round. The motor is extremely easy to use, just select your settings and temperature.

I’ve already had several > whirlpools of this type – I had Miami as a type before this model. The Hawaii model is even a little better in terms of appearance and workmanship.
There was a leak in the cover after delivery. So I wrote to Bestway about the complaint option – Bestway responded immediately and asked me for an invoice, photos and serial number details!
The retailer agreed with me in terms of price and Bestway is now sending me a new cover. Everything is 100% VERY GOOD here too!!!!!!!!!!! Conclusion – best recommendation and best service!
